Dan Thomas, P.Eng, has extensive experience in product development, particularly in the waterslide industry, having worked as the Director of Product Development, Coasters Product Development Manager, and Product Development Mechanical Engineer at ProSlide Technology Inc. since May 2015. Prior to this role, Dan served as the Team Manager and Product Design Engineer with Formula SAE, and as Project Leader in Applied Research at Ironside Engineering. Additional experience includes a position as a Peer Tutor at Algonquin College of Applied Arts and Technology and a role as a Horticulturist at Stonewood landscaping. Early career experience includes serving as an Autoparts Counterman at Canadian Auto Parts Suppliers (CAPS). Dan holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from Lakehead University and an Advanced Diploma in Mechanical Engineering Technology from Algonquin College.
