Brad Smith is an experienced professional in recruiting and talent acquisition, currently serving as the Sr. Provider Recruiting Manager at ProSmile since April 2024. With a robust background in the dental and financial sectors, Brad has held various key positions including Recruiting Director at Familia Dental and Doctor Recruiting Manager roles at both Smile Brands Inc. and Aspen Dental. Previous experience includes managing recruitment at Elite Dental Partners and the Midwest Dental Support Center, as well as corporate recruiting roles at notable companies such as Capital One, PNC Bank, and Morgan Stanley Smith Barney. Brad holds an Associate degree in Organizational Leadership & Supervision with a focus on HR Management from Indiana University Indianapolis and has attended the Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology.
