Paula Edwards has over 30 years of experience in the IT and business analysis fields, currently serving as IT Technical Lead and Business Systems Analyst IV at Prosper Portland, formerly known as the Portland Development Commission, since July 2008. Prior to this role, Paula worked as a Business Systems Analyst at The ODS Companies from July 2006 to July 2008 and held the position of Programmer Analyst at Unitrin from June 1993 to October 2006.
