Candice Gurwitz currently serves as the Vice President of JCC Programs at Prosserman JCC, having started in January 2024. Prior to this role, Candice held various positions at Ronald McDonald House Charities Toronto from February 2003 to January 2024, culminating as Chief Operating Officer, where responsibilities included overseeing operations, program development, and facilities management. Candice also served as the Interim CEO for a transitional period and held multiple roles related to family services, beginning as Assistant House Manager and progressing through to Director of Family Services and Programs. Earlier career experiences include positions as a registered Early Childhood Educator at Mackenzie Health and Upper Canada Child Care, and as a Swing Manager at McDonald's. Candice holds a Bachelor of Applied Arts in Early Childhood Education from Toronto Metropolitan University, earned between 1998 and 2002.
