Abhishek Gupta

Abhishek Gupta is an experienced IT leader with a robust background in Information Technology and Cybersecurity. Currently serving as the Head of Information Technology & Cybersecurity at Protagonist Therapeutics since January 2023, Abhishek has also held positions as Principal AVP Technology Services for one year in self-employment, and as Senior Director of IT at Adverum Biotechnologies, Inc., where responsibilities included overseeing IT applications, infrastructure, cybersecurity, and compliance. Previously, Abhishek was the Head of Cloud Operations, PMO, and Business Operations at RingCentral, and held the role of Director of IT at Gilead Sciences, managing substantial budgets and teams. Abhishek Gupta holds a Master of Science degree from California State University - East Bay and a Bachelor of Engineering in Telecommunications Systems from Priyadarshini College of Engineering & Architecture.
