Currently serving as Chief Technology Officer at Protean Electric, Stephen previously held the position of Chairman at AESIN and was the Head of Electrification at McLaren Applied. Additional roles include Managing Director at Vayon Energy Storage, Battery Systems Engineer at McLaren Racing, Engineering Manager at Goodwolfe Energy, Principal Engineer at Lotus Engineering, and Research Engineer at the University of Warwick. Stephen's academic background includes an Engineering Doctorate and a Master’s in Computer Systems Engineering, both from the University of Warwick, focusing on advancing hybrid electric vehicle technology and eco-friendly solutions in motorsport.
