Pascal Hulalka serves as the Solution Director and Head of Solutions at Protectas since September 2018, focusing on promoting national Solutions Business and leading the newly established Solutions organization. Prior to this role, Pascal held the position of Chief Technology Officer at Securitas AB in Switzerland, contributing to the strategic implementation and internal transformation of the company. Additionally, Pascal serves as a Swiss expert for CENELEC Technical Committees WG5 and WG14 at Electrosuisse since September 2013. Pascal's previous experience includes leading Innovation & Development at Sitasys AG, managing the Research & Development Competence Center at Ascom (Schweiz) AG, and gaining foundational software engineering experience at LRCCI. Educational qualifications include an eMBA in Leadership and Management from Haute école de gestion Arc and an Engineer's Degree in Physical Engineering and Instrumentation from Télécom Saint-Etienne.
