Jose Fleites has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. From 1993 to 2012, they worked at Assurant, where they held various positions in information technology and operations. Jose then moved on to Aon in 2013 as Chief Information Officer for Affinity Global. In 2016, they joined CNA National as the VP of Strategic Initiatives. From 2018 to 2022, they worked at AUL Corp., first as Chief Information Officer and then as the COO/CIO. Currently, they are the VP and Head of Customer Experience Operations at Protective Asset Protection.
Jose Fleites earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree from Florida International University - College of Business. Jose later pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from Barry University.
