Eric Jensen, MBA, is a seasoned software engineer and small business owner with a strong background in IT project management and process improvement. Currently serving as a Sr. Software Engineer for Protective Life, Eric develops Microsoft Power Platform solutions to streamline business processes within Agile teams. Previous experience includes roles at CDW as a Microsoft PowerApps Developer, and at JourneyCare, where Eric held several positions including IT Project Manager and Service Desk Manager, focusing on delivering IT projects and managing service desk operations. Eric's early career encompassed various IT support and administration roles at companies such as Sonoco and PromoWorks. Eric holds an MBA in Sustainable Business from Marylhurst University and a degree in Computer Information Systems from Eastern Illinois University.
