Jamie Heard

Jamie Heard has extensive experience in information technology and business management. Currently serving as Lead Data Product Manager at Protective Life since August 2022, Jamie previously held multiple roles at Main Street, Inc. from March 2014 to May 2022, including Information Technology Manager, Senior Quality Assurance Engineer, Training & Support Technician, and Junior System Administrator. Responsibilities included leading IT teams, ensuring end-user support, software testing, and system administration. Earlier experience includes a position as Assistant Manager at Anytime Fitness from October 2006 to October 2012, where Jamie managed operations and contributed significantly to sales. Jamie holds dual Bachelor's Degrees in Business Administration and Management, and Information Systems from UAB Collat School of Business, along with an Associate of Science in Business Administration from Jefferson State Community College.
