Matt Schrecongost

Matt Schrecongost is an experienced professional in customer experience operations, currently serving as Senior Director of CX Operations at Protective Life since April 2013. Previous roles at Protective Life include Manager of Insurance Administration, Manager of Customer Experience Advocacy Team, and Manager of Corporate Mail, Document Management & Record Services. Matt also contributed to the United Way of Central Alabama as a Loaned Executive in late 2021 and served as Public Relations Chair for the Greater Birmingham Postal Customer Council in 2017. Prior to their current tenure, Matt held significant positions at Commercial Printing Company as Plant Manager and at SouthTrust Bank as Deposit Operations Supervisor. Matt holds a degree from the University of Alabama at Birmingham.
