Roy Zigelstein

Roy Zigelstein currently serves as Senior Director of Underwriting in the Employee Benefits Division at Protective Life, where responsibilities include overseeing the Underwriting Department and implementing data-driven risk assessment strategies for various insurance products. Previously, Roy held several positions at ShelterPoint, culminating in the role of Assistant Vice President of Risk Underwriting, and earlier managed underwriting practices as Director and Manager of Underwriting and Group Benefits. Roy's career also includes experience as a Business Manager for Enterprise Service Group NY, LLC and an Assistant Claims Examiner at RMPG, Inc. Roy Zigelstein holds an MBA in Risk Management and Insurance from St. John's University and a Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice from John Jay College (CUNY).
