Philip Tierney is a skilled Mechanical Design Engineer with extensive experience in product design and engineering across various sectors. Currently employed at Proteus Instruments since January 2024, Philip previously held the position of Senior Mechanical Engineer at Foster+Freeman Forensic Science Innovation from June to December 2023, and prior to that, served as a Senior Product Design Engineer at Vax Ltd from May 2021 to June 2023. Philip's career includes leadership roles at JMDA Design and a significant tenure as a Product Designer for Anglepoise®, contributing to innovative lighting solutions. Additional experience encompasses product design at Brightwell and a diverse background in engineering at Carclo Technical Plastics Ltd and the NHS. Philip holds multiple degrees from Buckinghamshire New University, including an MEng in Mechanical Engineering Design and a BSc(HONS) in Product Design.
