Shrishty Pandey is a Talent Acquisition Associate at Protiviti since June 2021, specializing in relationship building and executive search, along with a diverse set of additional skills. Prior experience includes serving as an Analyst in Talent Acquisition, focusing on university recruitment and talent pooling. Before joining Protiviti, Shrishty worked at Logic Planet as an HR Recruiter, where responsibilities included resume screening and sourcing. Additionally, Shrishty held the position of Technical Recruiter at NLB Services, managing administration and staffing coordination. Holding a Bachelor of Business Administration with a focus on Human Resources Management from Birla Global University, Shrishty also completed high school at Kerala Samajam Model School with a focus on Business/Commerce.
