Stephen Hobbs

Stephen Hobbs is a seasoned technology consultant with extensive experience in service management and operations, currently serving as a Senior Manager at Protiviti since October 2020. Prior to this role, Stephen held significant positions at IBM, where responsibilities included serving as a Senior Technical Staff Member focused on resiliency and storage service management, and as Chief Architect for the Service Management Global Program, successfully managing global implementations of ServiceNow across multiple systems. Stephen also contributed as a Senior Director at Equifax, leading service management tools and process automation initiatives. Earlier in career at IBM, roles included Chief Architect overseeing North American service management transitions and Application Architect/Development Lead responsible for key application developments. Stephen earned a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from both the United States Naval Academy and The University of Alabama in Huntsville.
