VP, National Sales at Protos Security

John Culver is the current VP of Sales at Protos Security. Prior to their current position, they served as General Manager at Allied Universal from November 2019 to December 2021. There, they oversaw an $80M operation with more than 2,500 employees across San Antonio, South Texas, West Texas, and Eastern New Mexico. John also managed a leadership team of 40 managers in the office and field.

Before their time at Allied Universal, John Culver was the General Manager at Whelan Security from June 2013 to June 2015. John was brought in to revitalize the sales division which covered Houston, East and South Texas in a $15 million division. Under their leadership, the division secured strategic new business, both commercial and residential, generating an additional $2.2 million in recurring revenue. In addition, they identified $50,000 in recurring billing items that weren't being billed and collected the amount missed in back billing cycles. As a result of their efforts, the market was positioned to surpass the flagship headquarters market of St. Louis in both size and profitability - something that had never been done in the history of the company. For their accomplishments, John Culver received the Chairman's Club Award in 2014 - the only GM to be recognized.

John Culver's educational career includes a Bachelor's degree in Communication, Journalism, and Related Programs from Texas A&M University. John also has certification from the Certified Protection Professional program.

They work with Monique Iken - VP of Vendor Management, Peter Platten - CRO, and Adam Sammons - Vice President, Operations and Logistics. John Culver reports to Brett Rowley, Interim CEO.
