Kristen Frye, MBA, is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in financial planning, analysis, and reporting. Currently serving as the Director of Financial Planning and Analysis at Prototek Digital Manufacturing, Kristen previously held roles at Merchants Fleet as a Finance Business Partner and Finance Manager, where significant contributions included process improvements during a growth phase and transitioning the FP&A team to cloud-based financial software. Kristen's prior experience includes positions at The Boston Consulting Group, Instrumentation Laboratory, and Teleflex Medical, demonstrating expertise in budgeting, variance analysis, and financial systems. Kristen holds an MBA from the Questrom School of Business at Boston University, complemented by a Bachelor's degree in Finance and Marketing from the same institution.
