Prior experience includes serving as Vice President of Digital Transformation at Siemens, where efforts focused on leveraging the Siemens ecosystem for digital advancements. As COO North America at Renoir Consulting, Charles established a notable reputation for impactful and sustainable change. Additional roles include Global Director of Staging Operations at Invensys Operations Management and VP of North America Operations at TIBCO Software Inc., alongside significant engineering leadership positions at Invensys and early career experience as a Business Analyst at Alexander Proudfoot.
