Erik Amundson is an accomplished entrepreneur and startup coach with a strong background in agrifood and climate innovation. Currently serving as a Startup Coach at ProVeg Incubator since April 2025, Erik supports early-stage businesses with fundraising, go-to-market strategies, and overall business strategy. As the Founder of Mile High Ventures since August 2024, Erik provides consulting and advisory services to leading AgriFoodTech startups and investors, focusing on fundraising, investor relations, and business development. Previously, Erik held advisory roles at Ahimsa Companies and co-founded Vevolution, where significant achievements included scaling an investment platform to connect over 2,000 startups with 1,000 institutional investors. Earlier experience includes roles in community operations and contract coordination at Sunrun, and Erik holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire.
