Providence Care Center is a state-of-the-art Rehabilitation Facility and a 180-bed Skilled Nursing Center which includes a Center for the Memory Impaired. We also offer a new web-based Wound Specialty Care Program.

Occupying the multi-story building, which used to be Providence Hospital, the facility features a beautifully landscaped center courtyard. Though located within the city limits of Beaver Falls, Providence Care Center serves all of Beaver County, as well as parts of Lawrence and Allegheny Counties.

Each resident has an attending physician of his or her choice. A broad range of specialists, including podiatrists, dentists, optometrists, audiologists, psychiatrists, and psychologists, is available to provide other treatment as needed. Other staff includes:

 •Licensed Practical Nurses
 •Certified Nursing Assistants
 •Rehabilitation Therapists (providing PT, OT and SLT)
 •Respiratory Therapists
 •Dietitian and Dietary Staff
 •Housekeeping, Laundry, and Maintenance Staff
 •Administrative Staff (Admissions, Social Services, Case Management, Business Office, and Administration Departments)
 •Recreational Therapists and Activities Staff
 
For short-term rehabilitation patients, Providence Care Center offers comfortable private rooms designed to make our patients'​ time here feel more like home. These rooms are carpeted, with free flat screen televisions and free phones—plus easy access to computers and even the Wii.
