Cameron Detwiler

Cameron Detwiler, MPA, CPSP, currently serves as a Human Resources Generalist and Extended Day Transitional Kindergarten Lead Coordinator at Providence Day School since January 2010. Prior experience includes the role of T.O.T.S Operations Coordinator at Tringali Occupational Therapy from February 2011 to May 2012, and a Graduate Assistant position in the Public Administration Department at the University of North Carolina at Greensboro in late 2009. Cameron's background also encompasses an internship with the Make-A-Wish Foundation Central and Western North Carolina, where responsibilities included social networking and managing communications. Cameron holds a Master’s degree in Public Administration from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte and a Bachelor’s degree in Science Communication with a focus on Public Relations and Nonprofit from Appalachian State University. Currently, Cameron is engaged in organizing a grant for a qualitative study examining the impact of immigration issues on nonprofit organizations’ mission and goals.
