Valerie Spinetta has extensive experience in program management and technology services, currently serving as the Executive Director of IS Engineering Program Management at Providence Health & Services since August 2010, where previous roles included Director of Clinical Technology Services PMO and Principal Program Manager. Prior to joining Providence, Valerie held various positions at Capgemini, including Assistant Director, focusing on the integration of multiple organizational functions and the implementation of HR systems. Valerie began a career at Ernst & Young as a Manager, providing project management and HR expertise across various industries, and started as a Senior Systems Analyst at Towers Perrin, developing custom benefit administration systems. Valerie holds an MBA in HR and IS from USC Marshall School of Business and a Bachelor of Arts in Mathematics from Pitzer College.
