Carl Grau

Carl Grau serves as the FVP of Enterprise Applications at Provident Bank since September 2024. Previously, Carl held the position of SVP of Business Intelligence at Lakeland Bank from March 1992 to October 2024, where responsibilities included overseeing staff in Business Process Improvement and Data & Analytics, as well as identifying opportunities for enhancing business processes. Carl also managed the eBanking sales and support center, developing strategies that aligned with the bank's goals. Educational credentials include a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from The College of New Jersey, graduate studies in Industrial and Organizational Psychology, and completion of the ABA Stonier Graduate School of Banking.
