Arsalan Butt is an experienced data manager with a robust background in health record databases, budget management, and technical support, currently serving at the Provincial Health Services Authority since September 2007. Previous roles include research coordinator at The University of British Columbia and research assistant at Vancouver Coastal Health, where Arsalan contributed to research logistics and supported data analysis.
