Marlee McGuire is an experienced implementation scientist with a focus on health ethics and cultural safety, currently employed at Provincial Health Services Authority since December 2020. In parallel, Marlee serves on the Patient & Community Advisory Committee for CADTH and acts as Provincial Coordinator for the CHILD-BRIGHT Network in British Columbia. Previous roles include Project Director at Hotıì ts'eeda, where Marlee led initiatives on cultural safety in primary health care, and a PhD researcher in medical anthropology at The University of British Columbia, concentrating on health resource allocation and patient experiences. Marlee also contributed to various research and coordination roles in neonatal health, ethics, and genomic projects at established health institutions and universities.
