Tricia D. has extensive experience in workforce strategy, talent acquisition, and organizational transformation. Tricia is currently the Director of Workforce Strategy Projects at Provincial Health Services Authority, where they are responsible for leading various projects. Prior to this role, Tricia served as the Director of Talent Acquisition at the same organization. Tricia also has experience as a Director at Trilean Consulting Ltd and as a consultant at Deloitte Canada and as an Independent Consultant specializing in organizational transformation and talent. Tricia took a career break in 2014 before joining Deloitte as a Human Capital Consultant from 2011 to 2014. Earlier in their career, they worked at HCL Workforce Solutions as a Senior Change & Project Manager and as an International Recruitment Project Manager, where they led a project team and provided consulting services on recruitment and talent management.
Tricia D. has completed an MBA from Alliance Manchester Business School and another MBA from Simon Fraser University. Tricia also holds a BA from The University of British Columbia and a Certificate in Intercultural Studies from the same university. Tricia D. is also a member of CPHR BC & Yukon and has obtained additional certifications as a Chartered Professional in Human Resources (CPHR) and as a SAFe® 5 Scrum Master from Scaled Agile, Inc.
