Matt Santos

Matt Santos has been working in the technology industry since 2008. Matt began their career as a Java Developer at Procempa in 2008. In 2010, they moved to Stefanini as a Performance Test Analyst. In 2011, they joined TOTVS as a Test Analyst. In 2013, they began working at DBServer as a Senior Test Analyst, managing all testing teams, supervising the work and training of the testing team, mentoring and coaching all testers, defining the Test Strategy and Test Management processes, advising and offering solutions or amendments on testing architecture, presenting solutions and results to clients, identifying bottlenecks and providing solutions, analyzing testing results, providing feedback, reports and solutions to the Project Manager, developing and executing test scripts, and establishing test methodologies, test management tools and infrastructure. In 2018, they moved to Nomos One in the same role. In 2019, they joined BPAC Clinical Solutions LP as a Software Developer and Senior Test Analyst. Matt is currently employed at Provoke Solutions as a Front-end Engineer and Test Engineer.

Matt Santos obtained a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Rio Grande do Sul in 2011. In 2019, they obtained a Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) certification from the Scrum Alliance. Most recently, in 2021, Matt Santos obtained an AZ-400: Azure DevOps Engineer certification from Auldhouse.
