Anael Modai is a BI Product Analyst at Elad Software Systems since May 2024 and has been a Team Leader at ProWoman Organization since 2021, where leadership focuses on impactful initiatives for gender equality. As a Program Manager, Anael managed the Nvidia Program Branch at TAU and volunteered to engage influential women in the ProWoman program. Previous experience includes serving as a Marketing Analyst at Ofek Aerial Photography and a Project Management Officer at Simple LTD, managing diverse projects across multiple industries. Anael's military background includes intelligence analysis and training within the Israeli Military Intelligence - Unit 8200. Anael holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering/Industrial Management from Tel Aviv University.

ProWoman Organization
ProWoman is a platform for women who inspire and empower one another for self-fulfillment. ProWoman addresses themes relevant for personal and professional development, focusing on the specific phase in life and career that the members are in. ProWoman focuses on providing hands-on tools and practical skills that will help guide and inspire young women to fully pursue their dreams. The unique value of ProWoman's practical approach for making dreams come true is the inspiration we provide in our network of women, while showing the obstacles the modern woman faces, and by sharing success stories of those who overcame them. Our students’ program is followed by an Alumnae Association within 300 alumnus, which provides practical, oriented lectures and workshops, led by prominent market leaders. ProWoman Students’ Program has branches in the Interdisciplinary Center in Herzeliya, Ben Gurion University in the Negev, Tel- Aviv University, Bar-Ilan University in Ramat Gan, College of Management in Rishon Lezion, the Hebrew University of Jerusalem, Shenkar College in Tel Aviv and Sapir College in Shaar Hanegev, Technion in Haifa. ProWoman NYC is the official U.S extension of the Israeli non-profit which focuses on building a professional network of Israeli women who moved to NYC to pursue their personal and professional goals.
