Tal Sheratzki-Jaffa is a highly experienced professional with a diverse background in various industries. Tal is currently the Co-Founder & Co-CEO of VC Academy, a position they have held since January 2022. Additionally, they served as the Vice President of Investor Relations at JVP from March 2020 to September 2020.

Tal's work experience also includes being a Board Member at Ituran since October 2015 and a Mentor at IDC Herzliya until March 2020. Furthermore, they worked as a Strategy Manager & GP Business Development at Reality Investment Fund from April 2019 to March 2020.

Before their recent roles, Tal was a Partner in the High Tech and Venture Capital Department at Amit, Pollak, Matalon & Co. from December 2009 to August 2018. In this position, they specialized in funds' formation and operation, advising funds' managers, and representing funds in various investments.

ProWoman Students’ Program has branches in the Interdisciplinary Center in Herzeliya, Ben Gurion University in the Negev, Tel- Aviv University, Bar-Ilan University in Ramat Gan, College of Management in Rishon Lezion, the Hebrew University of Jerusalem, Shenkar College in Tel Aviv and Sapir College in Shaar Hanegev, Technion in Haifa. ProWoman NYC is the official U.S extension of the Israeli non-profit which focuses on building a professional network of Israeli women who moved to NYC to pursue their personal and professional goals.
