Elena Madzharska

Elena Madzharska is a professional with extensive experience in human resources and project management. Currently serving as a Coaching Scholar at Smart Interact since June 2024, Elena is engaged in a coaching training program while providing support during coaching sessions. At Proxiad SEE, where Elena has been a Senior People & Culture Partner since November 2018, responsibilities include managing the end-to-end recruitment process for IT positions, collaborating with hiring managers, administering applicant tracking systems, and participating in employer branding activities. Prior to that, experience as a Recruitment Consultant at Jobs Partner involved sourcing and attracting candidates. Earlier roles at Ipsos and Synovate encompassed project management and field execution, focusing on managing research projects and data verification. Elena holds a degree from New Bulgarian University.
