Eric Abella has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and roles. Eric started their career at Greger sarl in 1994, where they worked in maintenance, programming, and installation of cash register systems and office machines. In 1998, they joined Eurobureau s.a. as the Cash Register Dept. Manager, responsible for administration, development, and implementation of cash register systems.
In 2009, Eric founded Abella sarl, where they served as the Directeur technique et administratif, overseeing the day-to-day business operations, focusing on sales and business development. During this time, they also held the role of Co-fondateur et gérant technique.
In 2014, Eric joined Tango Luxembourg as the Manager of Service Delivery, responsible for quality, implementation, and follow-up of telecommunication products and services for large accounts. Eric then became the Head of Enterprise Service Delivery Mobile, leading project management, negotiation of contracts, and participating in RFP depositions.
In 2016, Eric moved to Telindus Luxembourg as the Head of Enterprise Service Delivery, where they continued to ensure customer satisfaction and manage a SDM team and helpdesk team. Eric also participated in contract negotiations and took charge of migrations, new installations, and daily business follow-up.
Most recently, Eric joined Proximus Luxembourg in 2021 as the Head of Customer Service, Quality Management & Sales Support. In this role, they are responsible for customer satisfaction, leading contract negotiations, managing the SDM and helpdesk teams, and ensuring the delivery of personalized products and services to customers.
Eric Abella attended Lycée Gustave Monod Enghein France from 1990 to 1991, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Electrotechnique. Eric then enrolled at IUT Cergy Pontoise from 1991 to 1993, earning a DUT Informatique industrielle.
