Dries Vercauteren

Dries Vercauteren has extensive experience in ICT service operations, having worked at Proximus since May 2005 in various capacities, including Head of ICT Service Operations and Domain Manager roles focusing on Technical & Escalation Management, Customer Hypercare, and Escalation Office. Prior to Proximus, Dries held positions at Logica as a Test Tools Consultant and Project Manager, and at Sogeti Belgium as a Competence Center Leader Test Tools. Dries began the career as a Test Analyst at Dolmen from September 2001 to April 2005. Dries earned an education from EHSAL between 1996 and 2001.
