Houcem Eddine Berrayana

Houcem Eddine Berrayana has a strong and diverse work experience. Houcem Eddine started their career in 2009 as a Software Engineer, working on web and mobile projects using Java, Spring, Android, Samsung Bada, J2ME, PHP, and JavaScript. Houcem Eddine quickly advanced to become a team leader and technical project manager. In 2014, they transitioned into the role of Solutions Architect, focusing on complex E-Gov and M-Gov projects in various regions. Houcem Eddine worked on defining target architectures and solving integration problems. From 2016 to 2018, they served as a Team Manager, responsible for HR management, strategic planning, sales/presales, and technical leadership. In 2019, they were promoted to Chief Technology Officer of Proxym Group, overseeing the architecture and development of projects across four subsidiaries. Currently, they are working part-time as the Product CTO, shaping the next generation of the Bankerise platform, focusing on developing clear vision, complex workflows, and technical specifications. Prior to their professional career, Houcem Eddine Berrayana was a student at ENSI from 2006 to 2009.

Houcem Eddine Berrayana pursued their education in computer science, focusing on engineering, at the Université de La Manouba from 2006 to 2009. After completing their degree, they obtained a certification as a Certified Scrum Master in February 2013 from the Scrum Alliance.
