Kumar Anshuman

Kumar Anshuman possesses extensive experience in human resources, having served as Senior Director HR and Director of Human Resources at Prozo, and as Deputy Manager of HR Operations & Strategy at Skylark Feeds Private Limited. Kumar also contributed to the academic community at IIM Kashipur as an Executive Member of the Entrepreneurship Cell and played key roles in organizing the annual e-summit and business plan competition. Early career experiences include summer internships at Professional Assistance for Development Action (PRADAN) and the National Power Training Institute. Kumar holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Management with a focus on Marketing from the Indian Institute of Management Kashipur and a Bachelor of Engineering in Power Engineering from Jadavpur University.
