Kirsten Hale

Kirsten Hale has extensive experience in project accounting, with their most recent role being Senior Project Accountant at PRR since 2022. Prior to that, they worked as a Project Accountant at B+H Architects from 2019 to 2022 and at NBBJ Design from 2018 to 2019. In these roles, they collaborated with various stakeholders to develop pricing models, budgets, and forecasts, as well as analyzed financial results and provided commentary on variances.

Before their project accounting roles, Kirsten worked as an Accountant II at Pioneer Human Services from 2015 to 2017, where they were responsible for revenue recognition, monitoring financial reports, and ensuring compliance with grant expenses. Kirsten also gained experience in revenue operations as an Accountant at Razorfish from 2014 to 2015, where they reviewed contracts, handled client billing and collections, and resolved billing discrepancies.

Kirsten started their career as a Staff Accountant at Mary Roth, CPA, PLLC from 2009 to 2014, where they oversaw billing and collections, reconciled tax documentation, and prepared tax returns for various companies. Kirsten also had an internship in Contracts & Property Management at the U.S. Department of Energy in 2012.

Kirsten Hale pursued their Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree with a focus on Finance, General at Eastern Washington University from 2011 to 2012.
