Ruth Nainggolan has a diverse work experience in the insurance industry. Ruth started their career in 2002 at PT Great Eastern Life Indonesia, where they held various roles including VP of Sales Support & Product Development. Ruth provided business development support to agency forces, established administrative systems, and developed marketable products. From 2010 to 2012, they held leadership positions at Asuransi Jiwa Bumi Asih Jaya, Nusantara Bona Pasogit, and Dana Pensiun Bhakti Asih Sejahtera, overseeing restructuring plans, capital partnerships, and chairing supervisory boards. In 2012, they joined Pinnacle Consulting Group as a Principal Consultant, managing overseas and local clients in strategic planning, acquisitions, and distribution. From 2013 to 2018, they worked at PT Asuransi Jiwa Sinarmas MSIG as the General Manager of Marketing, Business Development, and Strategy. Ruth was responsible for implementing strategic planning activities, product innovation, marketing, and corporate communication. Currently, they serve as the VP of Agency Strategic Development at Prudential Indonesia.
Ruth Nainggolan completed their Bachelor's degree in Environmental Microbiology from Universitas Kristen Satya Wacana from 1993 to 1998. Later, they pursued an MBA in Business Administration from Institut Pengembangan Manajemen Indonesia from 2007 to 2009.
