Fazliana Ahmad Zawawi is a Senior Manager at Prudential BSN Takaful Berhad, with a career spanning over a decade in the insurance and healthcare sectors. Since joining Prudential BSN Takaful Berhad in May 2013, Fazliana has led strategic planning for Medical and Accidental Reimbursement, focusing on enhancing customer experience through process improvements and managing major claims. Previously, Fazliana held roles as Manager for Medical Reimbursement and Claims Payment Management, and Deputy Manager with expertise in underwriting. Fazliana began the career as a Medical Underwriter at ING Public Takaful Ehsan Berhad and worked as a Doctor with the Ministry of Health. Fazliana holds a Bachelor of Medicine, Bachelor of Surgery (M.B.B.S.) from Universitas Padjadjaran and is pursuing LOMA Level 1 qualifications.
