Ashley Boucher

Ashley Boucher currently serves as the Director of Strategic Initiatives for GI Claims at Prudential Financial, a position held since June 2025. Prior to this role, Ashley was the Director of Claims at Lincoln Financial Group from January 2019 to June 2025, where leadership of a team of nearly 100 claims professionals resulted in a 20% productivity increase through process improvements and innovation. Additionally, Ashley managed Integrated Absence initiatives, achieving a 100% client retention rate and a 90% customer satisfaction score as an Integrated Absence Lead Specialist. Earlier experience includes claims management at Liberty Mutual Insurance, handling a caseload of 300 claims, and customer service leadership roles at Best Buy. Ashley holds a Master's degree in Organizational Leadership and a Bachelor's degree in Accounting and Finance, both from Southern New Hampshire University.
