Ava Estep

Ava Estep currently serves as a U.S. Businesses Leadership Development Program Associate at Prudential Financial, participating in a rotational program that encompasses three 8-month rotations. Ava's previous experiences include roles as a Records Processing Assistant at Elon University, Vice President of Finance for the Sigma Kappa Sorority's Kappa Zeta Chapter, Apparel Design Co-Chair for the same sorority, and a GM Sales Intern at Cadillac, focusing on sales in the Northeast Region. Ava also interned at the University of Sydney, overseeing content creation and management for study abroad social media, and has held positions at Williams Nursery and Playa Bowls. Ava is pursuing a Master of Business Administration at Stevens Institute of Technology, having earned a Bachelor's degree in Finance and Marketing from Elon University.
