Daron Rubensohn

Daron Rubensohn, CPA, is a highly experienced Licensed Accounting Professional currently serving as the Vice President of Corporate Accounting Policy at Prudential Financial since April 2013. In this role, Daron partners with various business units and corporate centers to develop solutions that facilitate the company’s transformation and address financial challenges in a changing world. Daron provides expertise in US GAAP, US Statutory, and SEC technical accounting, particularly relating to investments and asset management, while assessing the implications of transactions on financial statements. Previously, Daron managed a team focused on enhancing financial reporting processes and disclosures as Director of Financial Reporting at Prudential. Prior experience includes a role as Manager for Financial Instruments, Structured Products, and Real Estate at PwC. Daron holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Government from Columbia University and an MBA in Accounting and Finance from NYU Stern School of Business.
