Pavan Dhamija is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in the financial services industry, currently serving as Regional President for International Businesses at Prudential Financial since August 2010. In this role, Pavan Dhamija leads business and growth strategies for Emerging Asia and Africa, oversees operating results, and cultivates business opportunities while participating on multiple boards for governance oversight. Previous positions include Head of Strategy and Innovation for International Insurance, Managing Director & CEO of Pramerica Life Insurance in India, Chief Business Officer at HDB Financial Services, and CEO of Consumer Finance at Standard Chartered Bank. Pavan Dhamija has a robust background in operations, business development, and strategic planning, notably built operations for GE Money in China.
