Rob Schaffer

Rob Schaffer currently serves as the Head of Product at Prudential Financial, a position held since May 2022. Prior to this role, Rob had a distinguished career at USAA from July 2010 to May 2022, where titles included General Manager and Vice President of Integrated Solutions, with teams dedicated to enhancing member experiences and managing the P&L performance of life and health product lines. As General Manager of the USAA Phoenix Campus, Rob fostered a positive work environment for over 3,600 employees and led initiatives to bolster the company's brand in Arizona. Rob's educational background includes a Master of Science in Operations Research from the Naval Postgraduate School and a Bachelor of Engineering in Civil Engineering from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
