Scott Case

Scott Case currently serves as Head of Technology and Operations at Prudential Financial since November 2024. Previously, Scott held multiple senior roles, including Chief Information Officer at Truist from December 2019 to April 2024 and SunTrust from February 2018 to December 2019. Scott's experience also includes serving as CIO at Ciox Health for a short tenure in 2017 and Chief Technology Officer for SunTrust's Consumer Bank from April 2015 to October 2017. Earlier career positions at Bank of America spanned across titles such as SVP, where Scott focused on roles in technology executive leadership, change management, and strategic planning. A background in operations management was established at First Union National Bank and early career experience includes marketing at John Hancock Financial Services. Scott holds a BS in Management Science and Marketing from SUNY Geneseo and an MBA in Finance from UNC Charlotte Belk College of Business.
