Virginia Steiner is a seasoned product management professional with extensive experience in driving product strategy and execution. Currently serving as the Director of Product Management at Prudential Financial since December 2016, Virginia has successfully led initiatives for a digital front door that attracts 4 million weekly visitors. Prior to this role, Virginia was a Senior Product Manager at Prudential, delivering multiple financial engagement tools and innovative platform services. Virginia's previous experience includes a Product Manager role at a big data start-up, where UI improvements were prioritized and a marketing website was created, as well as a Senior Product Manager position at CPP, Inc., where Virginia led cross-functional teams to solve customer challenges and enhance product offerings. Virginia holds a dual MA in Administration and Policy Analysis from Stanford University and a BA in English from the University of California, Berkeley.
