Zoya Khan-Sassaman

Zoya Khan-Sassaman is a seasoned talent acquisition leader currently serving as Vice President of Talent Acquisition - Strategy at Prudential Financial since January 2018. In this role, Zoya focuses on talent acquisition partnerships, diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) recruitment, recruitment marketing, and talent acquisition technology. Previously, Zoya held various leadership positions at Prudential, including Vice President of Talent Acquisition - Global Technology and Director of Talent Acquisition for the Chief Marketing Office, Communications, and Technology, where a strong emphasis was placed on effective hiring practices and workforce planning. Prior experience includes roles as Technology Account Manager and Technical Recruiter at TEKsystems, where Zoya managed client relationships and supported full lifecycle recruitment for top companies. Zoya holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing/Marketing Management from Pace University.
