Jackson Shum has over eight years of experience in financial reporting and actuarial roles within major financial institutions. Currently serving as a Senior Manager in Financial Reporting and previously as Regional Manager for ECap Reporting at Prudential plc since May 2021, Jackson has a solid background from HSBC where responsibilities included Manager and Assistant Manager roles focused on IFRS 17. Prior experience includes managerial and consultancy positions at KPMG, as well as actuarial roles at Aviva Life Insurance Company Limited and Prudential Corporation Asia. Jackson holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Insurance, Financial and Actuarial Analysis from The Chinese University of Hong Kong, earned between 2010 and 2013.
