Lutz Leonards has a diverse work experience spanning several roles and industries. From 2001 to 2002, they worked as a Sales Area Manager at Prym Consumer Europe GmbH. In 2007, they joined PRYM, where they initially worked in Human Resources for a few months before transitioning to become a Product Manager. In this role, they were responsible for various product groups, managing the entire product lifecycle from development to marketing. Lutz also played a key role in packaging concept development and product monitoring. Later, Lutz became the Head of Data Service at PRYM, leading a team in data generation, processing, and translation management. Lutz was involved in process analysis and played a crucial role in implementing and continuously improving the Viamedici ePIM system for data structuring and preparation.

Lutz Leonards completed their education from 1999 to 2001 at Prym Consumer Europe GmbH, where they obtained a degree in Industriekaufmann. Later, from 2002 to 2007, they attended FH Aachen University of Applied Sciences and earned a Diplom Kaufmann (FH) degree in Wirtschaftswissenschaften.
