Atul Kshirsagar is an experienced business leader with a strong track record in the telecommunications and cable manufacturing industries. Currently serving as the Whole Time Director and Business Head for General Cable since February 2012, Atul oversees business development across the APAC region and manages plant operations, strategic customer development, and P&L responsibilities for India. Concurrently, Atul holds the position of Chief Operating Officer at USHA MARTIN LIMITED, driving significant growth in the optical fiber cable and copper communication cable sectors. With prior leadership roles at companies like Sterlite Technologies Limited and extensive experience in marketing, operations, and project management, Atul has consistently demonstrated the ability to revive and expand manufacturing units, effectively utilize resources, and achieve substantial year-over-year business growth. Atul's educational background includes a diploma in Marketing Management from IGNOU, an Engineering degree in Mechanical from Nagpur University, and a diploma in Financial Management from the Ahmedabad Management Association.
