Elson Albuquerque

Elson Albuquerque has extensive experience in the subsea engineering sector, currently serving as Business Unit Operation and Plant Manager at Prysmian Group since December 2008. Elson's roles at Prysmian Group have included Business Unit Quality Manager and Operational and Project Engineering Manager, among others, focusing on subsea flexible pipes and umbilicals. Prior to joining Prysmian Group, Elson worked as a Product Development Engineer at Ford Motor Company from October 2004 to December 2008. Elson holds a Tailored MBA in International Leadership from SDA Bocconi (2018-2020), a Master's Degree in Mechanical Engineering from Universidade Estadual de Campinas (2003-2004), and a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering from Universidade Federal de Uberlândia (1998-2002).
