Ian Griffiths

Ian Griffiths has extensive experience in the telecommunications sector, particularly in research and development, having served as Global R&D Director at Prysmian Group from March 2008 to February 2018, where responsibilities included managing the design and development of global Connectivity engineering projects and overseeing multiple engineering design teams and contract resources across various countries. Prior to this role, Ian Griffiths was the Product Development Manager at Prysmian Group and held positions at Pirelli Optical Systems as Manager of Engineering and Senior Design Engineer from March 1996 to September 2001. Ian Griffiths holds a Level 3 Certificate in Management from the University of Southampton Business School and an HNC in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Newport College of Higher Education.
